Pitt should target Rich Rodriguez
Welcome to the New Year's edition of "Three Downs and Punt," the one in which I'll write "2010" on everything and have to scratch it out and write "2011" at least 10 times.
First, a quick hi and how are you to reader Scotty T. from Tennessee, who was so kind as to ring in the New Year with this e-mail: "McGee, your New Year's Resolution should be to get down on your knees and pray to God that he might grant you one-tenth of the college football knowledge implanted in Joe Schad's pinky toe."
Good news, Scotty. I did that last year, but I went with Bruce Feldman. Maybe this year I'll go with Schad.
To the plays!
