Seton Hall lands another point guard

Sean Grennan, a 6-foot-1 guard from Monsignor Donovan High School in New Jersey, made a verbal commitment to Seton Hall this weekend. He previously committed to Davidson this summer, but opened his recruitment up last month when he was denied admission, despite carrying a 3.2 grade point average. The second time around, Grennan opted to stay close to home as he picked the Pirates over programs like Vermont, Charlotte, Fordham, Tulane, LaSalle, and Northeastern citing the opportunity to play in the Big East, stay close to his family and friends, as well as the university's academic reputation.
