Bears' Israel Idonije is Man of the Year finalist

espnW's Sarah Spain caught up with Chicago Bears defensive end Israel Idonije, a finalist for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, the only NFL honor that recognizes a player's excellence on the field and charitable contributions off of it.

Bears defensive end Israel Idonije, who was born in Nigeria and raised in Canada, started the Israel Idonije Foundation in 2007 and has been changing the lives of economically disadvantaged people ever since.
