COSTA DO SAUIPE, Brazil -- Fifth-seeded Juan Ignacio Chela of Argentina beat Brazilian Rogerio Dutra Da Silva 6-7 (4), 7-6 (4), 6-3 to reach the second round of the Brazil Open on Tuesday.
