Can you train your brain while working out?

Who knew? Cognitive cross-training could boost your decision-making skills in addition to your bum. So feel free to supplement that monotonous cardio session with some reading. And even if you don't bring Tolstoy to the treadmill, the mental benefits of aerobic exercise make the sweat session well worth it.
