Swim, bike, run, snack

With only five weeks to go before her first triathlon, Adena Andrews is still struggling with the nutrition portion of her training plan. (Post-workout Thai pineapple fried rice, anyone?) Happily, she has a nutritionist to remind her that you are what you eat -- and not everything she's eating is all that bad.
