No. 1 and done

The No. 1 ranking in men's college basketball has been a revolving door this season. As has become all too common, the No. 1 team in the country went down again. This time it was Duke. And on the night of the Academy Awards, two star-studded NBA teams faced off against each other. Men's college basketball: Same story, different weekend. The No. 1 team in the country once again lost. No. 1 Duke fell to unranked Virginia Tech on Saturday 64-60 in Blacksburg. While Duke, who came into Saturday riding a seven-game winning streak, shot under 40 percent and went 4-for-20 from 3-point range, all five Virginia Tech starters were in double figures.
