One is the loneliest number

Lately the much-coveted No. 1 ranking in men's college hoops has been more a curse than a blessing. Ohio State, back on top after getting dethroned in early February, will try to play and stay in first with a win tonight over Penn State. Tonight will be the last home game for many of the nation's seniors; in their honor, I'll be drinking a six-pack of Milwaukee Beast while reminiscing about my glory days. Won't you join me?

Men's college basketball: The Ohio State Buckeyes will try to hang on to their No. 1 ranking and earn at least a share of the conference title with a win over Penn State tonight. The Buckeyes have beaten the Nittany Lions 14 straight times, but Penn State has upended three ranked teams at home already this season.
