California wins women's swimming title
AUSTIN -- California won its second women's NCAA swimming and diving championship in three years by outscoring Georgia by nearly 40 points.
The Golden Bears used their strong depth to put up 392 points. They won three of the five relay events and finished second and third in the two others. Cal last won the team title in 2009.
First-day leader Georgia finished with 354½ points.
