Sarah Miles leaves game after collision

WACO, Texas -- West Virginia guard Sarah Miles left her second-round NCAA tournament game at Baylor after her right leg folded awkwardly in a collision Tuesday night.

Miles was guarding Baylor's Odyssey Sims and both players fell to the floor. Miles was called for a foul on the play with about 16 minutes left. Soon after she went to the locker room, her teammates responded with an inspired a 9-0 run -- including a 3-pointer by 6-3 center Ayana Dunning -- to close the gap to 58-51.
