Standings shake-ups in hoops and hockey

Watching the standings in the NBA and the NHL has become nearly as entertaining as watching the games themselves. As the regular season winds down in both leagues, the puppies nipping at the heels of the big dogs look to sneak their way into the playoffs with late-season wins. Here are the games we're watching (while we DVR the Top Chef All-Stars finale)...

NBA: Suns coach Alvin Gentry says his team is on "life support" after losing eight of 11, falling four and a half games back of the eighth-place Grizzlies in the West. The Suns try to keep their playoff hopes alive with a win tonight against the Thunder at 10 p.m. on NBA League Pass.
