Patrik Sinkewitz: UCI misled me
BERLIN -- Germany's Patrik Sinkewitz is accusing cycling's governing body of misleading him about testing positive for human growth hormone.
The rider says on his website that he was told by the ruling organization that a "substance" was found in his body. He insists this is not true, and that a blood sample is being investigated.
