It's judgment time in the NBA. Some teams clinched playoff berths Wednesday night, while others got the bad news that they'd be headed home after the regular season. And in MLB, two AL East teams are 0-5 in the same season for the first time in history. Here's what else you missed last night.

NBA: The NBA-leading San Antonio Spurs became the first team to win 60 games this season in a 124-92 win over the Sacramento Kings Wednesday night. The Spurs' victory coupled with a Lakers' 95-87 loss to Golden State guaranteed San Antonio the top seed in the West and home-court advantage throughout the conference playoffs. Los Angeles' loss marks the second consecutive game in which the Lakers have fallen to one of the worst five teams in the West.
