With the NHL lottery order set, Gare Joyce took another stab at predicting where the top prospects will go among the teams that missed the playoffs. His previous full first-round mock can be found here.

The Oilers have to envision RN-H opening up the game for Taylor Hall and Jordan Eberle. It might be that Adam Larsson would be a better overall fit competitively, but RN-H will sell tickets and raise Edmonton's power play.

Adam Larsson, D, Skelleftea (Sweden)

The most NHL-ready of the top prospects. Colorado has assembled a nice corps of young forwards, and it might seem as if Larsson overlaps too closely with Erik Johnson if you're team-building. Fact is, if you have Larsson and Johnson, your top-two D's are set for five, maybe 10, years.
