Despite the prep kids stealing the stage in recent weeks, led by Owasso (Okla.) High School ace right-hander Dylan Bundy and his ridiculous streak of five straight one-hitters -- and a no-hitter -- among his eight starts, the college class remains a dominant force among the top prospects.

Rice third baseman Anthony Rendon, UCLA right-hander Gerrit Cole and a pack of college arms crowd the top 10, but there are a few college pitchers that haven't held their stock over the past few weeks.

Stock Up

Mikie Mahtook, CF -- LSU
Mahtook hasn't been on a hot streak of late, or anything specific to place him here, but the sustained performance is as good as gold. He's hitting for average and power, working counts and playing defense at a premium defensive position and seems to have convinced most scouts that he's a legit option in center field. He's even swiped 21 bases.
