Top-seed turvy?

The playoffs continue on the ice and the hardwood, with two top-seeded NBA teams hoping to avoid a 2-0 hole and one NHL team playing to keep its season alive. We'll be watching to see if the Lakers and Spurs can prove they're still the teams to beat and if the Phoenix Coyotes can stave off elimination -- and the harsh reality of a possible move -- with a win over Detroit. NBA: If the Nuggets want to even up their series with the Thunder, they will have to find a way to stop Oklahoma City's Batman and Robin combo of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. The Thunder's pair of young guns scored a combined 72 points in their 107-103 Game 1 victory. Durant managed to put up 41 despite the best efforts of a whole handful of Denver defenders, including Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari, Raymond Felton and Kenyon Martin.
