Bits: Don't sell high on Michael Pineda
Seattle Mariners right-hander Michael Pineda became the first rookie pitcher in franchise history to win four April games, as he struck out nine Detroit Tigers en route to the win Thursday. Pineda allowed four hits and two runs and he's gone six or more innings in all five of his starts. Some Pineda owners might look to trade him, fearing an innings cap, but worry about that in August.
