Court won't halt primary ballot printing
PHILADELPHIA -- One court on Wednesday refused to halt the printing of a Democratic state Senate primary ballot for Carl Lewis, just hours before his lawyer tried to make his case to one of the only remaining courts that could help the former Olympic track and field star.
