Chavez looking for seventh world title
PHOENIX -- An 18-piece brass band and 300 fans greeted Julio Cesar Chavez at Sky Harbor International Airport as he arrived to begin final preparations for this weekend's fight against World Boxing Council super-lightweight champion Kostya Tszyu.
Chavez is seeking his seventh world title. He has been training in the mountains of his homeland in Mexico City and is already down to the required 140 pound limit for Saturday night's scheduled 12-round bout at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
