Larkin injures knee on slide
CINCINNATI -- A sprained knee ligament will sideline Cincinnati Reds shortstop Barry Larkin for up to five days.
It's the second injury that Larkin has sustained since agreeing to a $27 million, three-year contract extension July 23. He also dislocated the pinkie finger on his right hand July 26, but popped it back into place and didn't miss any starts.
Larkin walked into the clubhouse Saturday wearing a brace on his
