Reviewing final games in Groups A, B

Germany defeated France 4-2 on Tuesday and won the highest-scoring match of this Women's World Cup so far to clinch the top spot in Group A. German legend Birgit Prinz, who had started 22 straight matches in the tournament dating back to 1995 and is the all-time leading scorer in Women's World Cup history with 14 goals, did not play against France.
