Futures Game prospects with 2011 impact
PHOENIX -- Several elite prospects already have hit the big league scene since the start of the season, including No. 1 overall talent Mike Trout, who was just summoned from Double-A Arkansas to shore up center field for the surging Los Angeles Angels. Before him, right-handers Michael Pineda of the Seattle Mariners and Jeremy Hellickson of the Tampa Bay Rays, Baltimore Orioles left-hander Zach Britton and impact hitters such as Kansas City's Eric Hosmer, Anthony Rizzo of the San Diego Padres, Philadelphia Phillies top prospect Domonic Brown and Seattle's Dustin Ackley have hit the show this season.
