NL closers: Will Heath Bell be traded?

This season there has been just as much turnover among major league closers as we're all used to. Of course, it's still only mid-July and a lot more can still change, but by my count, 22 closers from the ESPN preseason rankings remain in the role, which means eight do not. Now seems like a wise time to go through each team and update the NL situations (AL to come later) and project final save totals. Ready, set, go!

Philadelphia Phillies: Antonio Bastardo has been lights out, allowing 11 hits in 33 innings. (Sheesh, Nick Blackburn allows that many hits every third start.) Still, Ryan Madson is the closer and should resume the role in a week. He's already at 15 saves, and I say he gets 15 more, while Bastardo finishes with nine. Meanwhile, Brad Lidge has saved his last game for the Phillies. He gets a one-year, make-good deal from the Tampa Bay Rays next year.
