Adrian Wilson goes through workout
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- Arizona Cardinals safety Adrian Wilson went through a limited practice on Tuesday, his first workout since he was sidelined with a torn right biceps tendon on Aug. 6.
Wilson was limited mostly to footwork exercises but took part in a goal-line pass defense drill and said he did not try to avoid any arm work during the practice.
