Indians scratch IF Jason Donald

CLEVELAND -- Infielder Jason Donald has been scratched from the Cleveland Indians' lineup because of a bruised right index finger.

Donald was listed as the second baseman, batting ninth, in manager Manny Acta's original lineup Monday night for the start of a four-game series with the Oakland Athletics. It was not disclosed how Donald got hurt.
