Labor Day weekend is a working weekend behind the scenes for college basketball coaches. Since Friday night, there's been a handful of commitments that moved the needle and affected the landscape in the Class of 2012 and beyond.

Bears pick a Rose
The Baylor Bears recruited a number of lead guards in recent years but until Saturday hadn't necessarily found a facilitator, someone who could make use of the numerous weapons at Scott Drew's disposal. Enter L.J. Rose (Houston/Westbury Christian). During an unofficial visit, Rose blossomed into a Bears commitment.

"They have some great point guards now but they like to score," Rose said. "I think with all the tools Baylor has they should be able to run. Me being a facilitator it should help the team."
