Glen Rice heated up at Great Alaska Shootout in '87
Glen Rice helped lead Michigan to the 1989 NCAA men's basketball championship as a senior.
He then embarked on a successful NBA career, scoring 18,336 points and averaging 18.3 points per game during a 15-year career with the Heat, Hornets, Lakers, Knicks, Rockets and Clippers.
