Given the nature of my job, you're always on the grind searching for talent. On rare occasions, you walk into a gym and see a potential star you've never heard of and are blown away. I remember seeing Chris Paul and Von Wafer and shaking my head; just happy to have been there when a young man steps into a situation and advances his reputation.

On Saturday, Paul Biancardi and myself were courtside for Dwayne Morgan (Baltimore, Md./City), a 2014 small forward. Before he played, Paul nudged me and asked who he was; I had no idea. Once the game tipped, we were captivated. The 6-foot-7 small forward blew us away. Mike Morrison, a former NBA player sitting next to me, referenced Reggie Lewis. We all agreed.

In doing my research, I came across a guy who was around Reggie at a young age. "Reggie played for me," Sheriff James Conyers said on Monday. "Reggie was stronger than him."
