Three under-the-radar commitments

It was a busy weekend on the event calendar as almost every member of our ESPN team was on the road checking out action across the country. Dave Telep and Paul Biancardi were at the Elite 75 Prep Underclassmen Camp in North Carolina, Reggie Rankin was in Chicago at the Under Armour Grind Session, Mike LaPlante was in Alabama at the Southeast Elite Exposure event and John Stovall and I were in New Jersey at the Hoop Group Fall Jam Fest.

It was an equally-busy weekend in terms of college commitments and by the time the dust had settled Notre Dame, Wake Forest, West Virgina, Oklahoma, Missouri, Depaul, Stanford, Iowa, Wisconsin, Harvard, and Butler had all made important additions.

Amidst the plethora of headlines, some of these commitments didn't get the notoriety they undoubtedly deserved. Here's a look back at three pledges that could prove to be especially important:
