Well, it seems the throwaway comment in last week's Playoff Rankings blog entry about Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow throwing for 320 yards and three scores as being improbable nearly came true. Then again, Tebow threw for only 316 yards, and one of the touchdowns came via his legs. Um, he's forgiven.

Still, I don't think most fantasy football owners understand what's been happening with Tebow since he became the Broncos' starter. Other than a terrible Week 17, he has been a consistent provider of fantasy points. In fact, in fantasy points per start this season among quarterbacks, Tebow was safely in the top 10. And on Sunday against the supposedly defense-first Pittsburgh Steelers, in a game I admit I didn't think his team had a chance to win, Tebow produced 31 points in ESPN's Gridiron Playoff Challenge, a mere two points behind the awesome Detroit Lions duo of Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson for top honors.
