How to train for Moto X flip tricks
For those of you who struggle with, or maybe don't do, bar tricks this exercise is a great way to get the feel of the movement down.
The "Transform X" exercise gives you the opportunity to simulate what it is going to feel like when attempting a cordova or a stripper, for example. Though when doing this exercise you are upside down, it still is effective in getting down the movements needed even when you're doing right side up bar tricks.
