New York Yankees lefty Andy Pettitte tossed six shutout innings at Minnesota on Monday, the second consecutive start in which he didn't allow a run. Pettitte allowed seven hits and a walk, and lowered his ERA over 11 starts to 2.71. He's a terrific free-agent addition for Saturday at Toronto, and if there's a one-game playoff at the end of the regular season, Pettitte, available in more than half of ESPN standard leagues, stands in line to start it.
