Every year draft analysts, including myself, focus on first-round talents for obvious reasons. These are generally players with awesome natural tools and lofty expectations. Readers want to know if their team could be in the running to land certain players and how each of those players could help their team win next year's Super Bowl.
While it's true that hitting on first-round picks is imperative, it has been said time and time again that successful teams also find help on Days 2 and 3 of the draft. With that in mind let's take a closer look at a Day 3 prospect who isn't generating as much buzz as the top-tier players.
