I'm not making this up. In the countryside of Switzerland people take what looks like the offspring of a golf club, fishing pole and wine cork and hit what looks like a hockey puck or a rollerblade wheel as far as possible. Then it gets weird. Other people stand in a harvested corn field and try to knock down the hockey puck looking thing with a wooden pizza board. Then it gets weirder. The team with the most points doesn't always win. All this is true and it is called Hornussen and I would love to be a professional hornussen player if there were such a thing but these people play for free. Plus they use shovels and tools to give their hockey puck looking thing a launch pad. Switzerland also has nice chocolate.
