What is All Scores?

All Scores is ESPN.com's newest way for you to follow live sporting events. Centered around a live data feed, All Scores delivers event-specific details in real-time, while also providing a complete list of all upcoming and recently completed events.

What types of event details are included in the live data feed?

The live data feed is comprised of event-specific details, delivered to you in real-time as they occur.

These messages types include:

  • play-by-play
  • scoring plays
  • lead changes
  • status messages (ie when games begin, end, etc)

Can I follow specific events?

All Scores provides you with the ability to follow either one individual event, or one specific sport.

Following an individual event

    To follow one event, click on that specific event within the left pane. All messages appearing in the live data feed will then be for that one specific event.

Following a sport

    To follow one sport (Example: To follow all in-progress MLB games), click on that specific sport header within the left pane. All messages appearing in the live data feed will then be for that one specific event.

Removing the event/sport filter

    To return to the all event view, click on the "All Sports" header located within the left pane.

What events are displayed within the "Upcoming Events" and "Recently Completed sections of All Scores?

Upcoming events include any events that have yet to start today, as well as those that begin tomorrow. All listed event times are EST.

Recently completed events include any event that concluded either earlier today or yesterday. More extensive information about completed games can be accessed by clicking the links within the completed game modules.
