Chris Paul to Blake Griffin: Clippers' aerial tandem

Thu, Dec 15

If there's one thing sure to make a basketball highlight worthy of airtime on ESPN, it's a ferocious, alley-oop throwdown.

So if the following numbers provided by ESPN's Stats & Info group are any indication, you'll be seeing a lot more of the Los Angeles Clippers on "SportsCenter" this season -- courtesy of Chris Paul and Blake Griffin.

Not only is Paul a great facilitator for dunks, but the Clippers already led the NBA in alley-oops last season.

Now the Clips just need to eliminate some of those 16.4 turnovers per game from last season, a statistic that ranked No. 29 among the 30 NBA teams.

CP3 should be able to help with that, too.
