Another bowl season is revving up!

With big games and big excitement, you need some big food ... and perhaps your favorite beverage.

Sports are in my blood, and this was even more true growing up, whether I was competing, going to games or gathering around the TV with family and friends to watch. Also, because my father was a football coach, watching as many bowl games as possible was a family tradition.

Of course, no game was complete without good food. We always enjoyed chips and dips -- especially guacamole.

So when I watch the bowls, I love to recreate family favorites. But now I add my own hot, spicy twists, which you can learn about in the video above. Hopefully, you'll agree that my guacamole has more kick than Ray Guy, arguably the greatest punter of all time.
