"My biggest challenge is my legs. I had some problems this year with my hamstrings, but right now it's all good. Speed and quickness are a big part of my game, and I've learned a lot during my career because I've had a couple of tough years with injuries. I stretch five times a day and do a lot of massage work. During the season, I try not to do too much with my legs while working out, but I do three-way lunges with a five-pound dumbbell about twice a week. In the off-season, I'll do 15 or so 100-meter sprints during a workout. When I'm in my hometown, I run this big hill at least twice a week. It only takes about 15 minutes, but it's tiring. I spend a little time at the top before I come back down."
