Cool As Ice

Intermission at a hockey game leaves fans with a difficult choice: get refreshments or get mesmerized by the Zamboni Ice Resurfacing Machine. The machine, named after Frank Zamboni, who invented the first model in 1949 became the official ice resurfacer of the NHL in 2002. It's able to steer on ice and smooth out the surface by releasing freezing water.
