QB Vince Young's touchdown run on fourth down with 19 seconds remaining gives Texas a 41-38 victory, ending USC's hopes of a three-peat and capping his scintillating Rose Bowl performance. Young set two records in a BCS Championship Game that still stand today: most rushing yards (200) and most total yards (467). It was such an impressive display that Young won that year's ESPY Award for Championship Performance.
