Trainer Cus D'Amato took 13-year-old Mike Tyson to live in his Catskill home for training in boxing and life. In his play, Undisputed Truth, Tyson riffs about escaping to New York: "I'd go back to Brooklyn and rob people. Then I'd go back upstate to my white family, like nothing ever happened. And I'd say to Camille Ewald, Cus' life partner, 'Hey what's for dinner? What are we having? Lampchops?' Camille was the best cook. She loved me because I loved her food."
