"It's just as easy for me to walk on my hands as it is for me to walk on my feet. It's a good workout -- good for balance and strengthening your shoulders. I've done it before at a nightclub, but your hands get very dirty, so I don't recommend it. I have other moves too: the worm and the backflip."
