Vince Young still wants a chance to play in the NFL.
Young, who recently settled his bankruptcy case, said Tuesday he will start training in San Diego over the next two months, with the goal of returning to the NFL in 2014.
"I am pleased with the quick resolution of my bankruptcy case," Young said in a statement released through a spokesman in Austin. "With all these battles behind me, I am able to devote my sole focus on family, football and pursuing all opportunities in front of me."
Young, 30, last played for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011. In six career NFL seasons, Young has 8,964 passing yards, 46 touchdowns and 51 interceptions.
