The Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers will hold joint practices during training camp this summer, pending approval by the NFL.
While the dates have yet to be released, the practices will take place in Latrobe, Pa., where the Steelers hold their training camp at Saint Vincent College. As part of the agreement, the Steelers will travel to Pittsford, N.Y. for joint practices with the Bills in 2015.
"It's something that I've done before, it's something that I truly like, I truly believe in it," Bills coach Doug Marrone said in a statement.
The Bills could begin their training camp at St. John Fisher College as early as July 19, as they will travel to Canton, Ohio for the Hall of Fame game against the New York Giants on Aug. 3.
Because of an extensive renovation to Ralph Wilson Stadium this offseason, the Bills have asked the NFL to schedule their first two preseason games as road contests.
