Rutherford scored on a three-yard run with 4:37 to play and Pittsburgh defense forced Miami to punt with 2:12 left, but the Panthers couldn't cash in. Willis McGahee. Miami's Heisman hopeful helped his campaign with 159 yards and touchdown runs of 69 and seven yards. This was McGahee's eighth 100-yard game this season, tying a school record.
