Studs and Duds for Week 17

By Larry Johnson
Special to Page 2

What better way to ring in the New Year than honoring Jets QB Chad Pennington for picking up the train wreck that was New York's season a few weeks ago and leading them to the AFC East title. Pennington totally dismantled the playoff-bound Packers by completing 17-of-24 passes for 196 yards four TDs. A very studly performance indeed.

Meanwhile there were no bigger duds than Dolphins coach Dave Wannstedt, whose play calling against the Patriots not only cost Miami the game, but a spot in the playoffs. Every member of Dolphin Nation is waking up this morning asking, "Why didn't you give the ball to Ricky?"
