Mercury fail to make Gillom a qualifying offer
LOS ANGELES -- Jennifer Gillom, the second-leading scorer in
the Women's National Basketball Association's six-season history,
was signed Thursday as a free agent by the two-time defending
champion Los Angeles Sparks.
