    Notable
Jeff was in a bad car accident on Mother's Day 2003. He was travelling with this wife and his parents and was hit broadside. Everyone was alright, but his vision was badly impaired last year during GOG. He was seeing double when he was shooting - which may explain in part why he went from 8th last year after being 3rd in 2002. The doctors said it would take 6 months to a year to fully recover, and it's now been a full year, and he says he's good to go.He had to change equipment - he used to use an automatic.

    Quotable
When asked if the one-day delay in competition affects him, Jeff said, "If you're hot and doing good one day, you want to keep going. There's a chance you could come back the next day and not be able to hit the broad side of a barn." He says, " You've got to keep your mind set on what you're doing, and you'll do ok."He likes the crowds - "I like when they count out loud, because when you hear that, you can't worry about how many you have left to shoot. The noise also helps me keep my mind off of the target."
