John Clayton's Week 16 injuries and inactives
Chris Mortensen reports Vinny Testaverde will start, but Tony Romo might play.

Travis Taylor is out.
Fred Taylor is out, according to Chris Mortensen. Greg Jones will start.
Michael Vick is out. Matt Schaub will start.

Darrell Jackson is expected to start.
Jerry Rice will start, but is expected to split playing time with Koren Robinson.
Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook are not expected to play more than one half.
