|Paying a visit to the team|
After watching Jens win Saturday, I am really pumped to try and get back into action for the LuK-Challenge Team Time Trial. We have teamed together to win the past two years and I want to go for the threepeat on July 29!So, because of that goal, I'll be very happy to visit our Team CSC body therapist Ole Foli on Sunday when I visit the team in Gap (which is not too far from my home in Nice). I didn't ride on the turbo trainer Saturday since I can't put too much weight on my right wrist and my body feels a little twisted. The last thing I need to do now is come back too quickly and do something else to my body. It will be good to go see Ole and get my body and mind straight again. Using a body self development system that his father invented, Ole really concentrates on energy pathways in the body. He always uses the analogy of how your body is like a chain from the neck to the ankles; if one of the links is kinked, it can throw your whole body off. Ole is the best therapist I've ever seen and he helped me get over a lot of trauma from past crashes. So, to see him Sunday will be really good. -- Bobby Julich
